Joyfully anxious

Joyfully anxious seems like an oxymoron, right? How can you be joyful and anxious at the same time? I have had anxiety for over 20 years and while my anxiety may never go away, I can find moments of joy that help my anxiety. These moments of joy can be discovered through a continuous healing process I have found that works to ease my anxiety.

My name is Kiana. I live in Sonoma County with my husband, daughter, and two kitties: Mufasa and Ramsay. I have been through some pretty difficult times in my life, but these times have shaped who I am today.

  3. TRANSFORM: Once I find ways to manage my anxiety, I can start to transform and discover new things about myself. This part can be pretty cool to look back and see how much I have progressed!

  4. INSPIRE: Once I start to transform, I can take what I have learned and inspire others to do the same!
