Art Therapy for Anxiety

I’m not the best artist in the world, but I have started doing more art lately because it’s kinda like a more fun version of meditating. I don’t do it to create something that’s “frame-worthy”, I do it to relax my mind. (It takes me a minute to get relaxed, though.)

At first, I start judging how terrible it looks, but then as I get more into it, I fall into a relaxed rhythm - especially when I watercolor. When I watercolor, the brush moves smoothly across the page and eases my mind.
