Wing 3: Transform

Now this is the fun stage! Once I have found ways to manage my anxiety, I start to transform!

I can now take the methods I have tried, and start to apply them to my everyday life (I’ll go into more details on various methods I use throughout my blog). For now, I’ll use exercising as an example. When I used to live in San Jose, I didn’t know many people; I had a ton of anxiety, and I was out of shape. So, I decided to join a small gym and take group classes. These group classes forced me to meet new people, get myself in amazing shape and do scary things… like becoming a Certified Pound Fitness and UJAM instructor! I would have never became a certified fitness instructor if I didn’t take action and manage my anxiety!

This stage goes well with one of my favorite quotes by George Bernard Shaw:

Just because I have found various methods to manage my anxiety, doesn’t mean I’m done! I will consistently try new things to keep creating myself into the person I am today.

As I continue to transform, I can now inspire others to do the same!
