How to Accept Anxiety
I have had anxiety for almost 20 years, and I am okay with it.
It took a long time to accept my anxiety, especially the fact that it may never go away, but I have found so many ways to manage it that have become a part of my everyday life. I wouldn’t be who I am without my anxiety; it drives my life. It drives me to continuously look at my inner self and the things that I need take action on and learn from. It drives me to keep going and to never give up on myself.

I believe that our hardest challenges are our greatest gifts. Getting to this point has been no overnight journey, but I am damn thankful where I am at today.
