How To Move Past Self-Doubt
I always thought my fear of failure was holding me back, but I have realized it’s my own self-doubt. Doubt in myself that I won’t succeed in what I truly want to do.
The older I get, the more I realize I just need to go for it. When I go for what I want without thinking about all of the scary things that could happen - everything flows. I’m not forcing anything, I’m not thinking of my every move, I’m just going for it.
When I think too much, I feel paralyzed - and that’s when doubt start clouding my mind, and the anxiety kicks in.
When I just go for what I want, everything will eventually fall into place. I just have to keep my intentions strong and stay focused.
